I totally agree with you on most points about the DMV and most government offices, they are extremely tortuous! However, this year has been good to me! I renewed my vehicle registration in no more than two minutes (no joke) and I renewed my license in under a half an hour when supposedly there were 30 people ahead of me! :) Here's hoping for good luck next year!
